The Fertile Mindset Support Circle

Are you looking for much needed support on your fertility journey?

Do you often feel in need of a shoulder to cry on, a listening ear, someone who REALLY understands what you’re going through?

Are friends, family and your partner trying to support you, but you still often feel alone with your fertility issues?

Perhaps you’ve already joined us on the popular weekly #FertilitySupport Twitter Chat, and enjoy connecting with other people?

Welcome to the Fertile Mindset Support Circle, a unique online community just for people who are trying to conceive through fertility issues.

Why is it unique, and why should I join?

The Fertile Mindset Support Circle combines the best of support from others who are going through infertility just like you, and from internationally recognised fertility emotional support expert, Sarah Holland.

I use the ground breaking technique of EFT (or Tapping) to give emotional support to thousands of people throughout the world who are facing fertility challenges, and I want to offer this support to YOU within the Fertile Mindset Support Circle.

The stress busting and emotional healing technique EFT is simple to use and easy for anyone to learn.  It can achieve great results that benefit your well being, health and fertility such as:

  • Dramatically reducing the stress of fertility issues
  • Calming negative thoughts and self-talk about your ability to conceive
  • Reducing the harmful effect of stress on the body, including your reproductive and hormonal systems
  • Re-igniting hope and positivity that one day you will have a baby
  • Helping keep your relationship strong through fertility issues
  • And much, much more.

“Sarah really helped me to overcome my frustration with my
lack of success in trying to conceive. EFT taught me to face up
to my fears and anger and to acknowledge them, but not to be
bothered by them. It has really helped me accept a lot more of
what I am going through and I am really grateful for the help.
Thanks Sarah!!” ~ Jess (now a Mum)

“It was hard to believe how quickly EFT worked for me. I had
trouble dealing day to day with issues surrounding my
infertility problems. Just thinking about them brought up so
much anger and frustration and jealousy towards other women

who were pregnant or had babies. After using EFT I felt all the
anger, frustration and jealousy lift. I’m definitely much more

relaxed now and people have even commented that I seem
happier.” ~ Sam (now a mum to 2 children)

As an experienced EFT practitioner who is passionate about supporting people with fertility issues, I am committed to finding ways to make the benefits of EFT available to as many people as possible. And most importantly my wish is to make it easy for you to effectively use this technique and find peace of mind, hope and inspiration while on your fertility journey.  I believe this then helps you move positively forward towards realising the dream of parenthood.

The Fertile Mindset Support Circle is the realisation of that vision.  It is a unique community that combines the valuable support from others who are experiencing fertility issues too, with fertility and mindset expertise from myself, Sarah Holland.

The powerful combination of nurturing support and effective tools to promote relaxation and a positive mindset has been proven in research studies to boost fertility and improve conception rates. A study published in 2000 in the Journal of Fertility and Sterility, looked at conception rates for infertile women taking part in a mind/body relaxation program, a support program, and a control group receiving no psychological or relaxation support.  After 6 months only 20% of the group receiving no support had become pregnant, compared to an impressive 55% in the mind/body group and 54% in the support group.  The study concluded that mind/body treatment programs for infertility patients have been shown to both increase pregnancy rates as well as reducing psychological distress.*
